While peaches are slowing winding down, apples are almost here, and we are once again excited to see all of you again this season! As another apple season is quickly approaching, we wanted to provide you with some information on what we have coming up. We are officially starting u-pick apples on Saturday, September 3rd. Yes, this approaching Saturday! We will start u-pick apples with the following varieties: MacIntosh, Gala, Golden Supreme and Blondee. Apples look absolutely fabulous this season. Hours will be from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. daily. As always, these hours are weather permitting.

The apple that most people ask about is Honey Crisp apples, which is not surprising considering how great the apple is. We plan on officially opening the u-pick for Honey Crisp apples on Wednesday, September 14th. All apples, including Honey Crisp, are .95 cents per pound. When it comes to picking apples, we always suggest calling our u-pick answering machine, 269-561-8651, before coming. On that machine, we provide the most up-to-date information about what varieties we are currently picking, as well possible closures due to weather.

The corn maze will officially open on Saturday, September 3rd. Cow trains and hayrides will open on Saturday, September 24th. The hours for the corn maze is 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. daily. Once open, the hours for the hayride and cow train will be from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m., and will only be open on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that if the u-pick is closed due to weather, the corn maze, hayrides and cow trains will also be closed.

Lastly, on September 3rd from 12 – 6 p.m. there will be a Centennial Celebration at the pavilion down by the corn maze. For more information on this wonderful event, we have posted a flyer on our website, Please click on the “fruit” page to view the flyer. We look forward to seeing all of you again.
